Courage ~ Flower Essence
This essence REALLY wanted to be made. There are some essences that make themselves loud and clear to offer and this one was one of them, so I trust you’ll know if this one was made for you <3
There are so many times when I find myself calling on courage. To remember the fire of the South that moves life forward, the spark of creation, the flame of truth that lives in our hearts. The same fire moves the seed to expand against the fertile, cold soil in order to grow. To burst through the unknown takes courage. There are certain flowers that help me remember this truth Borage, Cerato, and Milkweed.
Essences touch each of us in unique ways, while no two people will have the exact same relationship with a medicine, there are virtues and energetic signatures in which the plant speaks that many people have connected over and shared similar experiences. You and the medicine carry your own relationship that is tended to through curiosity and deep listening. I pray and trust you will know if an essence feels resonate with you. The way they have communicated with me the most is below, and I am curious how they will communicate with you <3
Borage: you can be bright and soft, you can navigate the seasons of life with your innate resiliency, you can be yourself and radiate your unique light, I believe in support and community, I understand the wisdom of the collective village/collaboration, I have courage to move with your truth, the light is my home and my birthright.
Cerato: I am a sovereign being, while also belonging to the great Web of life. I want to be liberated from others opinions, stories, energies, systems, etc. My truth lives within me, I call myself more into being, I know the paths that are aligned with me and those are the ones that are aligned with love. I believe I have the courage to discern the real from the unreal, light from dark, love from separation.
Milkweed: I claim the sovereignty of my loving being, I am supported in my process of reclaiming my autonomy, medicine, and life. I am not alone on my journey of seeing, feeling, processing, releasing and liberating the things stuck to me that prevent my soul from shining and preventing us from moving forward in alignment with our souls mission (especially things that are not us… think social constructs, generational trauma, unhealthy environments, patriarchy, capitalism, energies of darkness).
What they had to say:
You are alive, that took courage. You are breathing, that took courage. You are choosing to say yes to life in the presence of immense transition on our Earth right now. You are learning how to hold both grief and joy while living the complexity of a human experience. You are unlearning the ways that cause separation, that takes courage. Every relative carries the spirit of courage within their hearts, courage is not a destination or something to obtain, it was woven into the cells of your heart, always there for you to remember. This also means to embody this truth so we carry our unique service out during our time on Earth. Also remember, there can be medicine in the uncomfortably, you may be being communicated to, you are encouraged to slow, to pause, to listen to the quiet whispers of the heart that signal to you your truth and then move with the spirit of courage to say yes to the truth. Saying yes to something, typically means saying no to something else, and that too carriers its own medicine, when you let go of something, something else has already been finding its way to you. Your truth, is never something you have to “find”. Your truth speaks loudly when you listen. When you need to trust or remember, may the radiance of the sun be deeply felt in your heart, vibrating with the inspiration of creation.
Relatives & Ingredients:
Borage, Cerato, and Milkweed essence with organic vegetable glycerine and Lilac, Violet and local honey infused brandy.
(It is sweet tasty medicine)
(Stock bottle)
